If anyone in your household is ill (bad cold, flu, covid, etc.), we kindly ask you postpone your service until your household is healthy again. This allows for all the families and staff we work with stay healthy.
We want your household to remain healthy and offer you a different concierge if your regular concierge is ill.
We continue to ask that you do not discuss vaccination status with the staff.
Our team is happy to wear a mask upon request in your home.
If someone in your household has covid, we ask that you follow current CDC guidelines before having us return to your house. We will honor the same guidelines before sending a concierge back to your home.
