• Safety is our number one priority and with this policy we can ensure all clients and staff stay healthy.

  • If anyone in your household is ill (bad cold, flu, covid, etc.), we kindly ask you postpone your service until your household is healthy again. This allows for all the families and staff we work with stay healthy.

  • We want your household to remain healthy! If you regular concierge is ill, we will offer you as many options as we can (different day/time/concierge), and in some cases we may get to cancel service in order to keep you healthy.

  • Our team is happy to wear a mask upon request in your home.

  • If there is any other circumstance that could effect the health or safety of our team or their families as they provide your service, please discuss that with Sarah before your service.
